Full delivery of all digital deliverables will be completed within 8 weeks of the event date, unless otherwise specified. Select previews will be made available within 1 -2 weeks of your wedding event(s). All commissioned prints or albums can be expected to be delivered no later than 4 months following your digital deliverables.

Storyteller Co employs a comprehensive multi-backup archival system to safeguard your wedding memories. Our process includes:

- Cloud storage for instant accessibility from anywhere
- Encrypted online backups for secure long-term protection
- External hard-drive storage for an additional layer of safety
- Fireproof safe storage for maximum security of physical backups
- Archival film storage, where film negatives are carefully sleeved in acid-free protective sleeves and stored in temperature-controlled conditions to ensure long-term preservation
- All Custom Heirloom Album Designs are securely archived for seamless reprinting whenever desired

Storyteller Co contractually guarantees backup storage of all delivered images, digital RAW files, and film scans for two (2) years from the delivery date, ensuring advanced data protection. While re-delivery is only guaranteed within this timeframe and Storyteller Co is not liable for data loss beyond one year, we will honor all reasonable requests for access to archived images, edited films, RAW footage, analog film scans, and album designs beyond the guaranteed period whenever possible.

To help clients safeguard their digital media long-term, we provide detailed archival recommendations, including best practices for storing files in multiple secure locations to ensure accessibility for years to come.

Unless otherwise agreed upon Storyteller Co maintains the right to use and publish photographs and/or films. Requests for privacy or limited public use of images and films will be honored, however must be requested prior to finalizing your reservation and are limited to identity exposing details including faces and names. Decor and other details may be shared at the sole discretion of Storyteller Co and it's affiliates.

At Storyteller Co, Kayla and/or Zoey will personally document your wedding day, ensuring your unique story is captured with precision and care. Depending on the scale and style of your celebration, they may also include trusted assistants to help seamlessly capture every moment. In the very unlikely event of illness or other unavoidable absence, our trusted contracted associates will cover your event(s) in their place, all communications and post production will continue to be handled by Kayla and Zoey of Storyteller Co.

All wedding commissions include original negatives — beautifully packaged, preserved, and ready to be passed down. These aren’t just strips of film. They’re time capsules. Proof of presence. Pieces of history.

Film negatives arrive archived in an acid-free box with clear sleeves for easy storage and safekeeping. We include care instructions, and always recommend ordering high-quality prints and re-scanning through trusted lab partners for best results.
