Storyteller Co is a wife-and-wife team of queer, LGBTQ+ wedding photographers creating documentary-meets-editorial wedding photography on digital and film, with companion Super 8mm films. Proudly based in Minneapolis, we photograph weddings, elopements, and celebrations throughout Minneapolis & St. Paul for queer couples and those planning weddings - big and small - that feel a little less traditional and a lot more like them.

The best engagement sessions tell a story, and for these two proud Minnesotans, that meant spending the day (which happened to also be Bride to be Claire's BIRTHDAY!!) in the places that shaped their relationship. We began at home before wandering through some of their favorite South Minneapolis spots — including Five Watt Coffee, Beckett's, LynLake, and the iconic CC Club, a fitting nod to both their initials and the theme of their wedding after-party. We finished at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds, revisiting the place where they got engaged and all their favorite spots on the grounds.
