The rain cleared just in time for this playful Minneapolis engagement session, unfolding between the Rose and Peace Gardens at Lyndale Park and the edge of Lake Harriet. With the gardens still damp and quiet from the drizzle, we had the space almost entirely to ourselves. The couple wandered freely—dancing, skipping, and laughing their way through the overcast light—before hopping on a tandem bike for a relaxed ride down to the beach and back. It was casual, genuine, and cinematic — the kind of session that doesn’t try too hard, because it doesn’t need to!
