Your photographs should feel like your life — not a performance of it.

At Storyteller Co, we approach weddings, elopements, proposals, and couples sessions with a documentary eye and an editorial instinct. We aren't interested in turning your day into a series of poses or pulling you away from the people you came to celebrate with. Instead, we pay attention: to the way your partner reaches for your hand, your best friend loses it during the speeches, the light moving across the room, the champagne spilled on the dance floor, and all the little things you didn't know we'd noticed.

Our intentionally inclusive experience is shaped by Kayla & Zoey Love — a queer, trans lesbian wife-and-wife team who believe you should never have to perform your identity, your relationship, or your wedding for the camera. We'll give you direction when it's helpful, space when it's not, and a steady presence throughout the day so you can stay in it.

We describe our process as an elevated game of I-spy; We're looking for the honest, fleeting, beautifully imperfect moments that make your photographs unmistakably yours. Captured on genuine analog film & digital photography alongside optional Super 8mm motion film.
