Inquire & Book
Tell us about your celebration, your priorities, and what matters most to you. If we're the right fit, we'll send a custom collection guide with personalized recommendations, your proposal, contract, invoice, and the option to schedule a discovery call. Once your agreement is signed and retainer is received, your date is officially reserved.
STEP 02
Prepare With Intention & Ease
In the months leading up to your wedding, we'll capture any engagement coverage you've opted for, as well as be here as a resource whenever you need us. Your pre-wedding questionnaire helps us understand your timeline, family dynamics, privacy preferences, and every meaningful detail, while additional calls are always welcome as questions arise or plans evolve.

Be Fully Present in Your Wedding Memories
When your wedding weekend arrives, our focus is simple: let you experience it. We document the day as it naturally unfolds through select digital photography, real 35mm and medium format film, Polaroids, and optional Super 8, incorporating portraiture and offering guidance, only when it enhances the experience.
STEP 04
Receive Your Previews, Gallery, & Archival Keepsakes
The morning after your wedding, you'll receive a curated collection of scanned Polaroid previews — a first glimpse designed to help you begin integrating the memories & emotion of your celebration. You'll also receive a preview gallery including professional film scans within 48 hours. Within 6 weeks, your complete edited gallery and all commissioned films are delivered. Your physical heirlooms — including film negatives, retro Viewfinder, original Super 8 reels, Polaroids, commissioned albums, and other archival keepsakes — follow within 4 months, creating a lasting family archive to enjoy for generations.

A Wedding Experience Designed Around Presence
Long before your wedding day arrives, we help build a photography experience that gives you room to actually live through it.
We work alongside you and your planner to create a thoughtful timeline with breathing room, identifying the moments that need structure and leaving plenty of space for everything that cannot be planned. We’ll help you think through family portraits, group photographs, and the people and relationships you most want preserved through our signature Mantle Moments™ — dedicated family and group portraits designed to feel natural, efficient, and personal, typically taking 20 minutes or less.
We’ll also talk through how you want your day documented, from the balance of candid observation and intentional portraiture to the role of film, digital photography, and Super 8mm in your final collection. If there are moments you want photographed quietly, moments you want us to help shape, or things you absolutely do not want interrupted, we’ll know that before the day begins.
On your wedding day, our process is calm, observant, and comfortably attentive. We photograph what is happening rather than constantly directing what should happen. When a little guidance will make a portrait stronger or a moment easier, we step in. When the real story is already unfolding, we step back and let it happen.
